These Terms govern your use of Seyon AI, a developing AI concierge service operated by JNT TECHNOLOGY LLC. By using the website or joining the beta, you agree to these Terms.
Beta service
Seyon is currently in development. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. Beta access is provided for evaluation and feedback and does not guarantee future access or pricing.
SMS program
If you separately opt in, Seyon may send recurring automated informational and conversational SMS messages, including responses, reminders, notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Seyon, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harm, deceive, harass, or violate the rights of others.
AI limitations
Seyon may produce incomplete or incorrect information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Seyon is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed advice. Do not use Seyon for emergencies; contact the appropriate emergency service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Your mobile number and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Seyon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend access as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
