This Privacy Policy explains how JNT TECHNOLOGY LLC, operating Seyon AI, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or join our private beta.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, waitlist preferences, SMS consent selection, messages you send to Seyon, and support communications. We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to manage the waitlist, provide and improve Seyon, deliver requested messages and reminders, respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.
SMS privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used only to provide Seyon messages you requested or agreed to receive and to support delivery of those messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We may use service providers that process data solely to help us operate the messaging service.
Your choices
SMS participation is optional. Reply STOP to any Seyon message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may join the email waitlist without agreeing to receive SMS. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including consent and opt-out records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Seyon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as Seyon develops. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
